Terms and Condition:

After submitting of order form, an invoice will be sent within 24 hours to confirm your order.
 
Payment must be made within 24 hours after receiving confirmation of order. Item(s) availability runs on a first pay, first serve basis. Order will be cancelled if no payment is received after24 hours of confirmation of order.

Strictly no exchanges, refunds or cancellation of orders after payment made, unless that specific item is out of stock. Please double check the details such as item name, size, quantity and colour for each item before mailing.

We will not hold any responsibilities for any wrong item(s) ordered. Item(s) will be sent according to the details given. We will not hold any responsibilities of any item(s) loss during the mailing process.

Do take note that color may differ due to the model and make such as resolution of each individual computer. We will ensure that it will be the closest color to the real item.

Payment:

All payment must be transferred to POSB Savings account 188-62391-3.
ATM bank transfer: please take a clear snapshot of the transaction receipt. No scanning is allowed.

Refund/Exchange Policy:

An exchange will only be made when you received either an incorrect item or defective item.

Exchanges of item(s) are only available on a case-by-case basis. All exchanges are to be done so within 8 working days upon issue of items(s).

Please note that after the exchange period has expired, we will not entertain any returned item(s). Item(s) must not be worn, washed, damaged, soiled or without the original label. It must still be in brand new and good condition. Likewise, we will not hold any responsibilities of any item(s) loss during mailing process.

We reserve the right to make any changes without prior notice. By purchasing an item from us, you are deemed to have been agreeable to all the terms and conditions stated.
